Team outsourcing tends to be the most cost-effective engagement mode for clients who need engineering resources on a sustained basis. Team outsourcing entails building, managing and technically leading engineering teams on our clients' behalf.

Flexibility

We provide a lot of flexibility in how the teams are built and managed. When our clients do not have the relevant technical leadership in-house, they place greater reliance on us in staffing their team and providing technical leadership. In such cases our clients maintain oversight of their projects through frequent status updates and monitoring of work output but leave the 'how' and the day to day inner workings of the team to us.

Some clients have an in-house core technical team and need us to provide an extension of their team. In such cases a deeper technical involvement and control over team composition tends to be exercised by our clients.
