Our Services

Our support services include system installation, system monitoring, backup management, recovery and problem resolution. We are experienced with deployments in Amazon's EC2 compute cloud as well as with deployments on shared and dedicated server hosting environments. Our services generally fall in the category of remote administration. However, we do provide physical on-site support depending on location.

We provide tuning and optimization services at the OS, database and web application server level. We are experienced with Linux, UNIX and Windows based platforms and MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle and PostGreSQL based database servers.

With the EC2 cloud we are experienced in building custom AMIs, Autoscaling, utilization of RDS based database replication and high-availability configurations.
