For telecom, network and internet service providers we offer our expertise in Operations Support Systems (OSS). Our services include custom development, systems integration and process automation in the service fulfillment, service assurance and billing domains. We are well versed in the standards and best practices recommended for telecom operations and OSS architectures. Over the years we have closely followed the NGOSS initiatives, TMN standards and Telcordia GRs and standards and have incorporated those in the systems we have developed.
We have developed several service provisioning and activation solutions for AIN, POTS, PCS and wireless services across network elements from Lucent, Nortel, Ericsson, Telcordia, DSC and Motorola. Our work includes developing a service provisioning system for a major carrier in the US and developing a workflow engine based product for a major software product vendor based in the US. We have also made key contributions to number portabililty management systems.
Our experience in the service assurance area includes a system for fault localization in fiber optic networks. Upon fiber cuts the system receives alarms from network elements and initiates remote tests to localize the faults. It then displays the fault location in a GIS.
We have also developed a system for field technicians to update status of their trouble tickets using mobile phones and reflecting that status in the trouble ticketing OSS at a mobile carrier.
We have developed an element management system for a US based VoIP network equipment vendor. The system provided full FCAPS management of the vendor's softswitch and media gateways and provided integrated management of third-party devices.
We have developed network management solutions for providers of DSL based broadband internet services.
We have experience with developing GIS based outside plant managment system for documenting optical fiber networks, copper networks and cellular network outside plant. We have experience with integrating such systems with network management systems for fault localization.
We have designed SNMP MIBs for VoIP network elements and developed SNMP agents for reporting fault and performance to northbound management systems.
We have experience in developing a billing system for wholesale VoIP carriers. This involved billing mediation and collection of CDRs from Cisco and Sunbelt RADIUS servers, call rating and generation of web based bills.
